Who Is The Diet P.I.?

Heather K. Jones is a registered dietitian, a health journalist, and a nutrition consultant for The Best Life Diet by Bob Greene, Oprah's personal trainer. She has authored several health books and has numerous articles published in healthy-living magazines with national circulations. She also has more than seven years experience working for the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), and its award-winning newsletter, Nutrition Action Healthletter. Heather is currently working on the books Drop 5 lbs (Sterling, 2010) with the editors of Good Housekeeping, The Salt Solution (Rodale, 2011) with the editors of Prevention Magazine, and an updated edition of The Grocery Cart Makeover (CreateSpace, 2010).
