Beth lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, and has recently completed her first half marathon.

Tamara started her career at Oxmoor House, the cookbook division of Southern Progress, where she tested and developed recipes for Weight Watchers, Cooking Light, and Southern Living. Next she spent a few years working at Center for Science in the Public Interest, creating recipes for the Nutrition Action Healthletter.
