Weight and Wellness Affirmations
My weight and wellness approach is all about coming home to your heart and creating health and happiness from the inside-out with love, and I made this affirmation audio from my Mindset Challenge to help you do exactly this. You can listen to these affirmations as soon as you wake up, and repeat them after me, so they become a part of your subconscious. Forgive Yourself Exercise
Self-forgiveness is about taking responsibility for yourself, for your life, and for your feelings. This is so important because feelings of guilt and shame and self-hate just lead to more self-abuse (and emotional eating), and more self-abuse only leads to more guilt and shame and self-hate. It’s a vicious cycle. The only way to move past these feelings and break this cycle is to forgive yourself, and that’s why I created this powerful forgiveness audio exercise for you.
